Group’s products and services are based on the experience and expertise of its principal, Ralf Garrison, who is supported by staff and a network of associates who offer complimentary skills and a similar philosophy and ethic. 

Tourism Organizational Infrastructure - The successes of a destination resort community’s collective efforts are dependent on its underlying organization, funding, systems and leadership. Today, these organizations are under pressure to prove their value to their constituents; their future may depend on their ability to prove that their collective efforts are more efficient than their individual ones. Garrison, a student of destination organizational infrastructure, specializes in these supply side organizations, their structure, funding, and operations. He has considerable experience supporting volunteer boards through planning and re-organization, often in politically sensitive environments. Services range from association master plan and re-organization, to the facilitation of annual plans or special committees.

Travel Technology: Web and Voice Information/Reservation Systems - Advisory Group works at the confluence of tourism and technology, assisting destination resorts and associations  with the planning, acquisition, initialization and ongoing oversight of their enabling technology. Group’s intimate understanding of the underlying business rules of these information and reservation transaction processing systems is of particular value to those businesses attempting to integrate their voice and web based systems into a solution that offers a competitive advantage r reduced operating costs. Garrison is included among the founders of these modern day "central reservation" services, which have become the standard in mountain resorts and more recently are being utilized by sun resorts and urban destinations. Garrison also founded and continues to serve as Director of the Central Reservations Association of Destination Resorts, C.R.A.D.R, an industry association of about 30 destination resorts central reservation companies.

Strategic Market Planning - Group members have extensive experience and proven tools to lead private and public sector resorts through the strategic market planning process, related strategy development, implementation systems and ongoing tracking. Year round income generation strategies, revenue management and enabling technological tools are among Groups particular attributes.

Mountain Travel Symposium Advisory Group is co-owner of the Mountain Travel Symposium Week whose three theme events serve as the annual meeting place and forum for the marketing and sales professionals in the mountain resort industry. Central Reservations Association:  Founded and administered by Garrison since 1975, the Central Reservation Association of Destination Resorts (C.R.A.D.R.) is an educational and trade association , serving the common interests of destination marketing organizations who operate related information and central reservation services. Advisory Group History:

With more that 100 client relationships, Ralf Garrison leads Advisory Group from offices in Denver.. A network of Associates with specialized skills and experience work with Ralf when appropriate. Garrison also contributes to the welfare of the industry through his involvement in several related ventures in both vocational and public service formats. 

Fees vary by work performed and value to the client, often based on a work plan, created along with the Client at the project's onset.
